Coaching is not when I tell you what to do, but when you say ”good question”
I help with what I know from my own experience. I get these requests:
«I want to change the jobs I feel tired of current tasks. I feel like I khow everything and everything in the market is the same. I have to find a new employer so don’t lose my qualifications. But I can’t bring myself»
«I have to write a new business strategy. Despite the fact that I grew up inside this company and know all the processes, somehow I can’t do this. I wonder if it’s time for me to step away from running the company so that other people can think about the strategy»
«I’ve been working as product manager for 3 years and I want to be promoted to the position of CPO. But it seems that’s imposible in current company because I have very difficult communication with senior management — every time I get lost in meetings and strategy sessions»
«I’m offered to either advance to a new role with relocation or dismissal with a very good bonus, after what I’l have to look for a new job in my country. For the money, both offers are good, but it’s not clear how things will go in the new country and it’s also not clear what offers I can expect from local market»
«I have to change the jobs but I don’t know how, because I’ve spent the entire life working for a company that I have a personal relationship with. It seems that I have insufficient competence and knowledge of English. At the same time, my salary expectations are pretty high»
