The course consists of 3 trainings and will last 3 weeks. Classes meet once a week for 2.5 hours each.

This course is maximized in an online format for those who conduct remote interviews, work with remote and distributed teams. For those who work in an offline format, the course provides an opportunity to learn how to notice nuances in speech that slip away within physically contact.
